Welcome to Olivia’s Apartments in Tlaquepaque, bordering Guadalajara, Mexico
Each of Olivia’s five apartments offers you...

Olivia’s Apartments are only three blocks from Tlaquepaque’s historic center, with its great shopping, colorful atmosphere, and entertainment venues.

At Olivia’s Apartments you’ll be within a short walk of grocery stores and markets, bars and fine restaurants, Spanish language schools and a fitness center. Also, Olivia's restaurant, La Unica, a wonderful place to sample traditional regional food with a creative flare (and at reasonable prices!), is just across the street.

See Location and Maps for more information about Olivia’s Apartments’ proximity to Guadalajara’s downtown, the international airport, and other area attractions.

All of Olivia’s Apartments have kitchens, bedrooms, and baths; but among the five apartments, there is a range of sizes, from Casita Violeta, with its single bedroom and one king-size bed to Casita Gardenia, with two bedrooms, one king-size and two double beds.  For details and photos, click on any of the apartments' names in the table below.

The "Availability Calendars," here and elsewhere on the site, show which dates each apartment is available; and by clicking the "Contact/Enquiry/Booking" button on a calendar, you can easily send an email to Olivia to make a reservation or ask a question.

A $100 per month usd, non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an apartment, which you can do from the Deposits and Information page.

I welcome both long- and short-term stays; but for reservations shorter than one week, a fee of $20 usd for cleaning the apartment will be added to the rental fee shown below.

PLEASE NOTE: Casitas Lirio Blanco, Gardenia, and Marisol have recently undergone some repainting and tile installation—so recently, in fact, that we haven’t had a chance to put photos of the new decorations on the website. If you rent one of those three apartments, don’t be surprised if it looks a little different (and better) than the photos currently shown on the website.

Check-out time is 12:00 noon, unless other arrangements are made. (I'm sorry, but we cannot accept pets.)
